Hi All
Has anyone taken any notice of the diving questions in Dive magazine lately.
Question 1 in the last issue related to safety stops.
I am puzzled as the BSAC 88 table's state the safety stops are 9m & 6m, neither of which was the answer available in the multiple choices offered.
So is the BSAC or Dive trying to convert us to some other agencies tables.
I am prompted as several of our club members have raise the issue about the quality of these questions over several months of publication and find them misleading based on the study material currently published in their BSAC diving manuals.
Is Dive really the BSAC house magazine or is it only stated as such for commercial reason's?
Surely if questions on diving matters purported to raise our knowledge of the sport are published, they should not only be accurate but should taken from the organisation being supported.
