Assuming this isn't a troll

Because it is private property; in the same way I cannot just go in and use a neighbours apartment and equipment for doing theory teaching

Doesn't it have new owners or something now? I seem to remember reading somewhere that they don't mind people going in and diving, but they don't condone / encourage it? Rather than the last owners who said "no" outright (which was when BSAC made its policy saying clubs shouldn't dive there?)

Something like that anyway
