Hi Keith

I had problems discerning the H, N, W, M charactors that where displayed as part of the registration procedure that I had to type in to ensure that it wasn't an automatic system registering - it took me 5 trys to guess which charactors I was seeing - this may prove a bigger problem to others & an avalanche of emails to the administrator!

Admins Note : Thanks for that Gareth, you're actually the second person who has reported this to me. As Admins we'll keep an eye on this - anybody else seeing it? Graphics is not my strong point, but if this is a real problem we'll consider switching off the feature - which of course leaves us open to the SPAM robots logging in!

Thinking aloud... is email confirmation enough? We didn't even have that on the old forums and we didn't get the SPAM robots problem there. We'd be interested in hearing other peoples experiences and thoughts on this one, is it more of a pain than a benefit?

Keith,

'fraid I must agree with Gareth. My sight at VDU distance with specs is recently checked A1, yet I found those distorted bilious green characters very difficult.

I guess I have to ask something be done about this, or we won't get an accessibility commendation, will we?

Crikey - and I thought it was just me being dim. I had a problem with A's and R's. It must have taken me three goes to get in the first time.

Glad it's gone. Maybe we can look at bringing it back if we start to suffer from robots.

Cheers,
Tristan
