Since qualifying for my Dive Leader I have done over 200 dives mostly wreck diving ie Scapa, Plymouth, Scilly Isles and Oban and regular around the cost of Anglesey, also have the IANTD advanced nitrox diver. Would these dives count towards advanced diver qualifying dives,
Thanks

I don't see any reason why some of them shouldn't count towards your AD as qualifying dives. It would be up to you to convince the DO of your club that you have done the dives you say you have. If you can back them up with computer logbook printouts of the dives, and/or logbook stamps from diving schools or clubs etc that you may have done them with, then there should be no reason not to.
Your DO may want to see you dive on a couple of club dives as well just to see how competent you are with your diving skills.
