Looking for Instructor

Hello

I am trying to find an Instructor - she was of such help with my theory for Club Diver. I wondered what happened to her. Her name is Helen Samuel we worked for a Company on the Cambridge Science Park. I know she was then an OW Instructor. She lived with her Partner in Suffolk. Any help appreciated.
