Hi,i am from a brisbane australian club with the web name of aandtsociety, that is mainly an aquarium club,but we are big on snorkelling trips to get species for our tanks and just have a good look around at our amazing ocean.
i am a scuba diver of 36 years and did freedive spearfishing for near on 30 years as well and have surfed a little longer than that and have kept a marine aquarium for nearly 28 years,plus the same time collecte my own aquarium species as well,all still to this day,but i enjoy our club snorkelling trips out to our very close reefs and the shore dives here.
If you want i would love to share some of our trip photos from the area to show you what we do and how interesting our coastline is.
we are very fortunate to have both warm water areas and temperate areas as well.so the life forms in our waters are extremely diverse.
from the common grey nurse we see,to entense coral gardens of wonderful colours.
the years have given us and myself a great deal of knowledge of our waters,so we can make the most of our great coastline.
I look forward to maybe sharing what we are fortunate to be near.
