Go Dive in Derby also offer free air to all divers and will do a deal on kit it you ask nicely and smile.

Loads of Dive Centres give air.

Scuba and Outdoor give free air, and I believe Nitrox 32% in their new Solihull store.
They were also giving free air in their Cannock Centre last time I was in there (last year).

Compressors cost alot of money, but you should check out your local Dive Centre, in return for some loyalty I'm sure they will do you a deal at the very least.
