Hi Ya Mark.

In my job I'm responsible for training.
When someone is assessed and does not make the grade we are
not allowed to say they "failed", we have to refer them. This allows
them another attempt, if they do not make the grade then they are
a non achiever.

Maybe someone is trying to tell you something :p :p :p

So its a good thing then, when I put someone on referral at work it means they havent paid us.
I thought I owed someone some money when I saw I had been reffered.
