I have an interesting problem ? one of my students has VERY small feet - UK size 1.
She is about 5 foot tall and quite strong.
What fins can she use?
Kiddies full foot fins fit, but are very short and probably do not give adequate propulsion.
Do you know where I can get a boot and buckle type fin, or even a decent length full foot fin that might fit?
Is thre such a thing as custom made fins?

Not a cheap solution, but have a look at Force Fins. The American sizing scheme results in my diminutive size 7 boots requireing an XXL fitting. Despite being a short fin the FFs provide more than enough propulsion. Using FFs is a little different to a normal fin, it takes a little getting used to the lack of resistance, but personally I would not go back to a traditional blade design.
HTH.

Seriously! I use a pair of XXL force fins with my Size Fifteen feet!!! They are a very, very good fin though.
The design does seem to lend it'self to funny foot sizes though.

I guess my dry-suit boots are quite wide. I used to use a 'R'egular fitting Mares and the XL Force Fins were too small.

They do an adjustable foot pocket version as well
