Boathandling and Diver Coxwain

Nice to see the NDC bulletin out. It mentions the Joint Diving Agencies Boat Handling and Diver Coxwain.

There also seems to have been a change to the Diver Coxwain Assosor. (AD/OWI/ABI)

Is there any details on the transition to the new course/diver coxwain. I presume that current boat handling instructors will need to go through some sort of re-verification.

Do the requirements for Diver Coxwain assessors allow Boat Handling run within the branch to count???

See my post to "New BH Syllabus" thread. I'm pretty sure that assessment of one's own students remains forbidden. Alistair Reynolds can most likely answer this, if a direct aproach is made.
