HI ALL NOT TO SURE OF THIS SO I ASK I PASS MY SPORT DIVER IN 2000 BUT BEEN TOLD I CAN USE NITROX IF YOU GET THE CYLINDER O2 CLEAN AND DO SOME THEORY LESSONS IS THIS RIGHT ??

yes, as a sports diver, all you need to do is the nitrox workshops that can be run in branch.

As Mark says you you need to do two workshops.

Nitrox Workshop - Ocean Diver
Nitrox Workshop - Sports Diver

Any QI (Qualified instructor) can provide the lecture. It would probably be useful for the branch to get everyone wth a pre 2007 qualification together for the workshops.
The final qualification is a basic Nitrox qualification, giving you access to mixes up to 36% from memory.

Once you have completed the workshop the Instructor should sign the relevent paperwork, allowing you to apply for a Nitrox card.
