Old-syllabus advanced diver

I was wondering if anyone can help - my club seems to have lost the old syllabus instructor training manual.

I am currently trying to finish off advanced diver, having completed all the SDCs earlier this year. I had finished dive leader and done over half the SDCs before the new syllabus was introduced, before anyone asks.

I'd like to know the details of what's required for the shore and boat marshalling and assistant marshalling. I've been told that I need to plan and marshall dives at a site away from the club's usual diving activities in each case - is this correct? Does it need to be a site I personally haven't been to before? I'd also like to know who needs to assess the skills - an AI or is an AD+OWI sufficient? I know that the qualification book just gets signed by the DO.
