Living here as well, I have had problems ordering stuff (people do not like it when you give em a foreign billing address and a UK delivery one), so have contacted manufacturers direct with a 100% success rate.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life was from Go Dive. In my experience they are so bad I would rather pay double than buy from them.

My most recent mail order purchase was from Deep Blue Dive (XTX-200) Was impressed with their service.

Only deal with Go DIve a couple of times.

I bought my first dry suit from them and it was next to useless. Not sure it was their fault though.
