Does the BSAC third party liability insurance cover a BSAC instructor instructing in a BSAC accredited school?

From the FAQ section on BSAC 3rd Party Insurance:
***
When are they covered?
All BS-AC members are covered when engaged on Club activities and when they are diving anywhere in the world. Liability cover in the USA and Canada is restricted to being sued outside of the USA or Canadian legal jurisdiction

A BSAC School is a commercial operation and therefore from the above my interpretation is no, as a BSAC School is not conducting Club activities.
As a commercial operation you will need to meet all the requirements of the HSE or local equivalent for another country.
This is where it gets a bit grey; some BSAC Schools have special BSAC Branches. If instructing as part of the Branch then I would say from the extract above, yes.
See the link then contact HQ for an answer to your scecific situation.
As always, this is just my opinion
Edward
