Ocean Diver is the one and only grade that can be signed off
at any BSAC pro school (if you did the course with them).

or

Ocean Diver and all other grades can be signed off by sending
your book to HQ.

You Will need to mark it for Jim Waston as he is the BSAC Direct Diving Officer.
