Is it possible for and old club instructor to pass dive leader DT2.

Should hope so seeing as the minimum requirement for attending
the old CIE was Dive Leader + ITC.

So as DT2 is AV/CPR etc and that was covered in the old DL
he/she has already got all that's required.

But ..........

If you are referring to the block of O2 admin stuff that goes
from DT2 to DT7, then no as this was NOT covered in the old DL
and was part of the seperate O2 admin SDC.

If you mean is it possible for a Club Instructor to sign off a students DT2 then no unless the Club Instructor also has the Oxy Admin ticket from an SDC. Oxy Admin was a separate SDC when the old DL was done.
