The best thinkg for you to do is to ring either the DDRC (Diving Diseases Research Centre) or the Royal Naval Diving Doctor.
Both are extremely helpful and provide regular over the phone advice on a number of diving related health issues.
I guess the key question would be was your ear drum permanently preforated or has it healed up?
Someone will be along to post the phone numbers and web addresses!!!]]

Speak to your doctor. He will be able to tell you about your ears and if necessary he can ring the DDRC or RN on your behalf and give them your medical history.
We are (in the most) mere mortals and for something like this you will need a professional opinion. Ears come under quite a bit of pressure (no pun intended!!) when diving and you MUST seek professional opinions before diving.
