Avoid putting an email address, the spam harvesters will find it [1]
Put as much detail as possible and if possible links to photos.
Include a location, someone is going to be willing to pay more if they can pick it up rather than having to pay postage
Think carefully about whether you want to publish a phone number which will be on the internet forever [2]
