hi,
need to get hold of a BSAC log book today. Just realised I am going to fill my existing one whilst on holiday, flying tomorrow so not enough time to get one posted to me from BSAC.
Where in the Manchester area is it possible to get hold of one? Have tried most of the dive shops in the area with no luck.
Thanks
Kev

Why not just knock out a quick spreadsheet in excel or something and use that on holiday?
Or just buy one of the 100s of other design log books that every single dive shop sells. They all do exactly the same thing - there is nothing special (or in fact that good) about the bsac ones to set them apart from the others.
Ah, but you're like me you get a little obsessive about them all matching..
Mine all match, even though I hate the fact they have 47 (why 47, why not 50?) dives per book and I've seen others since that I like better.
The little pale blue SSAC ones have 100dives per book, and they have a set of buhlmann tables in the back and a beaufort scale, to boot, but i just couldn't bring myself to make a logbook an odd one out..
Sad I know :D
Iain.

Got a little hardback notepad for 28p.
Better value and quality than the purpose ones.
I'll just have to be organised and keep to the same format each day or it'll get very confusing.
cheers for the ideas, the spreadsheet idea is a thought for the future.

Yeah, I suffer from CDO too!
(CDO = Obsessive compulsive disorder, but I have to have the letters in alphabetical order)

As a last resort you could photocopy/scan&print one of the blank entries a few times and then staple in the back of the book when their completed.
