I'm sure that most of the experienced divers on the forum are aware that the after sales service given by the makers of the 'Buddy' BCs, AP Valves, is second to none but I thought I would mention my recent experiences anyway.
They serviced by ten year old BC for £45 so that it came back looking like new (apart from the faded colour) with a new backplate and bladder amongst other bits. I recently bought a second hand Buddy and in the process of attempting to remove the Auto-Air to replace it with a AP200 direct feed I lost an essential O ring. A quick phone call to AP Valves and a couple of days later a couple of the O rings had arrived - at no charge!
Just cannot beat their service.
