fixing Resusci Anne?

Hi all,
wonder if anyone has any experience of this...I got our Laerdal "Little Anne" out last week to see she had a closed mouth....I couldn't inflate her at all by mouth or nose (even holding mouth open). With the face off she inflated by direct breaths on the valve/tube. Haven't had chance to replace her face yet.
She probably got squashed whilst out & about on a PRM SDC or similar.
Any ideas on how to fix her please?

Laerdal are now doing replacement face pices, as a last resort. Try some silicon spray(the food grade stuff) or some washing up liquid, then a GOOD rinse.
