Hi guy's,

Our club has booked a trip to Nemo33 in October.
Looking for a bit of feed back and recommendations etc.

I know the waters about 30oC or something so is it worth taking a 3mm shortie to dive in?

Shorts and t-shirt are ideal, it's toasty warm

see one of our reviews.

The only things you can take in apart from swim shorts is your own mask and full foot pool fins, no wetsuits or neoprene boots allowed.
The water is 30 c + and no chlorine in it hence the good vis.

Looking at booking a trip myself, let me know how you get on and enjoy !!!

We have a write up here

In truth I was not part of the group that attended.

PS you will need to download the pdf.

We went there in March, its worth doing over to winter months. The pool is in two parts, the main bit was 34 metres deep, the other part is 10 metres deep, the parts are joined with two "caves" you can stand up in and take you regulator out ( they are supplied with fresh air), its weird chatting to your dive buddy, then looking at your computer and realising you are still at 10 metres.

If you have enough people going you can book a fixed slot, we didn't, so we had to wait for 3 hours before we could all get in together. They did say if you send them an e-mail with the numbers and preferred time, they would try to sort it.

One other point. I flashed my BSAC Instructor card with CMAS on the back
and got in free :D

Funnily enough my PADI one got nowt, so if you have anything CMAS take it.

Remember no t-shirts allowed, but rash vests are.
