Hello new diver here

Hello all

Just wanted to introduce myself.

I am currently training for my ocean diver qualification. Just two more open water dives to do and the exam for the theory then i should be up and running.

I am here to look for advice on where to dive, particularly in the UK, i am midlands based. I am also on the look out for some second hand gear.

Anyway looking forward to posting here.

Hi and welcome... you learning at dosthill? never mind.... it will make the sea all that more awe inspiring.

Listen to your instructors, read loads of stuff, buy the best kit you can afford and practise your skills over and over and most of all...dive dive dive.... the more you do the better you will get, the better you get the more enjoyable the diving is. Welcome to the bigest life changing decision you ever made... you will not regret it

Thanks for the welcomes.

I am training at Lodge Farm reservoir in Dudley, not dosthill. I've been told if you can dive there, you can dive anywhere :eek:
