Its a standard 2 part contact adhesive and assuuming latex seals on a non porous surface.
1.Clean up the surfaces.
2.mix up some of the glue (as Woz said - A tin is enough for 10's of seals)
3. Lob it on
4. wait until that weird not wet phase happens (touch dry)
5. push together.
6. press hard together

One of things about latex, is it does actually stick very well !
you can just peel it off.

2nd that- peel away, and maybe rub the drysuit surface with a bit of sand paper for any stubborn left over glue.

It's called a hairdryer.
I burnt out 2 hairdryers and 3 plastic cards trying to remove old glue and latex and still couldnt get it totally clean.
Oh and 3rd degree burns.

The trick is not to worry about the glue.
The old glue forms a good base for the new glue.
But you must get all the old seal off before you
refit the new.
Cheers ozone.
