can anybody recommend a bsac dive centre around Nabq Bay where I can continue my ocean diving training, I have three open water dives to complete my qualification.

I haven't heard of Nabq Bay, could you mean Na'ama Bay in Sharm?
If so, I know Ocean College (Explorers Tours) train well, and have BSAC instructors (check dates first).
One of our members did BSAC referral in Jan.
