How do I post a survey question?

I have seen a few people post survey questions. How do we do that?

Am interested to know how many people are diving with wrapped long-hose (typically 6-7ft) primary 2nd stages, as advocated by a number of diving groups, with the intention to donate the primary to their buddy for out-of-air situations.

The options for the quesiton could be:

If buddy is out of air, they would take air from (ex. ponies etc.):


Long-hose (wrapped or bungied) primary 2nd stage
Primary 2nd stage std length (not-long)
Secondary 2nd stage (Octopus)

When you start a new thread look in the 'Additional Options' below where you type your text. Select the 'Yes, post a poll with this thread' option and select how many choices you wish to include. Click 'Submit New Thread' and then fill in the boxes provided on the next page. Click 'Submit New Poll' and you'll have a poll at the top of your new thread. Easy.

Sorry I might be thick here, but I don't have that option in my "Additional options" section.

I just have:

Miscellaneous Options
- Show your signature
- Automatically parse links in text
- Disable smilies in text
