wales dive site required

Looking for dive site in wales with both wrecks and good marine life, ideally with nearby boat charters and good shore dives in case weather is poor as I've never dived wales. Plan dive trip for April/May, heard Skomer island and Anglesy are good. Any recommendation for sites, dive charters etc most welcome.
