If you are just there for a few days then a commercial outfit may suit you ..... Scuba Dubai - +971 971-4331-4014.

Or check the Branch listing for the local BSAC branch.

ScubaDubai is a dive shop, not a dive center and I suspect they are fed up with emails going to them re dive trip.

Go to http://www.jumeirahinternational.com/diving/ for diving Gulf-side (warning: sand & mediocre viz likely) or http://www.scubainternational.net for Ocean-side diving out of Fujeirah (approx 2 hours drive from Dubai)

Local BSAC branch based in Sharjah never answered my emails, so much for the 'biggest diving club in the World'!

Well, if you are willing to drive for two hours the best place to go is Dibba in Oman (bit further up from Fujariah). Al Marsa Charters opperate two 80 foot dhows and a couple of 35 foot dive boats out of the port. Our club were there for three days last Eid and had a trip of a life time. The guys know where they are going and look after you well. Have a look at their web site www.musandamdiving.com......can't recommend them enough.
