Diving in Tenerife - so much choice but where not to go???

Hello Everyone,
I was recently made aware that some diving establishments in tenerife were spending a long time arguing with each other over who is the best.
There are literally hundreds of places to choose from so my question to all is: does anyone know of any that have such bad reputations they should be avoided at all costs?
I will be there over the easter period and any info would be most appreciated.

I'm pleased to say that I can't comment on "where not to go" I've dived in Tenerife several times with Atlantic Divers and have nothing but praise for their commitment to customer service.

Obviously depends upon where your planning to stay as to which diving school/outfit your going to be nearest to.

I've just come back from Tenerife and also dived with Atlantic and they were great. Have a look on our trip reports page for Tenerife and you will find reports from members detailing their diving experiences in Tenerife, that should give you some idea of various operators.
