Redsea in December

Has anybody got any info on redsea in December,ie.Temp Day &Night, What time does it go dark,Best hotels to stay in and is their many people about or is it to quite.Looking at staying in Sharm.

I was in Sharm last December around 14-21st. Sea temp avg 25 C (5mm shortie was fine) night dive just as warm. Air temps damn hot during the day, nightime you might need a thin fleecy when you're sitting down outside but not when you're waking around. One or two night got quite breezy but otherwise excellent weather. spent an evening in the Sinai Desert at a Bedouin camp having a meal, desert is cold at night, noticiably more so than the coast.
I stayed at the Sonesta club, was very nice, I reckon from the look of the other hotels in Na'aama bay they're likely to be all "a much of a muchness"
