Join Tony Baskeyfield, BSAC Travel Photography Expert, on a once in a lifetime trip to swim with whale sharks in The Seychelles.
In the mornings we will have two dives on the many World Class locations.
Then in the afternoons we will swim alongside marine biologists as they document the worlds biggest fish. We will have a microlight in the air to locate the whale sharks and guide us onto them. In 2005 we saw 38 whale sharks. I've attached a picture of me with one of them.
Dates
Sun 28th - Sat 4th of October. This is the best time of the year when the whale sharks migrate through The Seychelles Islands.
Costs for a six night stay at Berjaya Hotel (B&B, standard double room) with 10 standard range boat dives, 4 whale shark trips and airport-hotel-airport transfers would be Eu1282 per person. (not including flights)
