Two questions on diving malta.
1. Has anyone experience of the diving operation called. Octopus Garden.

The other is about medical self certification as all the dive operations I have information on state that; "all divers require a fitness to dive certificate signed by a doctor".

Which of course self certification does not comply with.

2. Has there been any problems with BSAC self certification in Malta?

That is a local document, issued by a local doctor upon ...
either ...
production of a current doctor's certificate of fitness
or ...
medical examination.

Which of course self certification does not comply with.

No, it just wasn't recognised.
