I would recommend Jim Heslin of Isles of Scilly Underwater Centre, St Mary's. He has years of experience and is very professional. He has a well set up hard boat which takes 10 divers. We dived with him last summer. The water was relatively cold for the time of year 13C in July and I missed my thick Thinsulate which I had blithely imagined I wouldn't need.
We stayed at the Garrison Campsite which is the only site on the island. It was expensive and not that brilliant but quite scenic. The pubs in St Mary's are all good.

I would also recommend Jom Heslin. Diving is great and Jim has all the local knowlege you could wish for. If you contact Jim he will be able to give you all the details for travel, accomodation etc. Also try the website link below for travel info. I ran a trip about two years ago and the diving was great.
I am going back this summer with my family but don't think I'll get to do any diving.
