Newquay

I am looking for 'guided' dives in the Newquay idea this coming summer. Anybody know a shop etc that can offer this service and what sort of depths will be involved, presently I restrict myself to 30m max.

It's a while since I was in Newquay, but as far as I can recall you'll have some trouble findind a guided dive in Newquay. There's no dive shop, and as far as I can recall only one hard boat plus one softboat operation. The diving around Newquay is a bit deep, so you may struggle to keep within your limitations. You might try getting in touch with the BSAC branch in Newquay and they may be able to help.
