I've been twice to St Thomas. There's an excellent dive centre there run by two BSAC NIs (Sean McKenna and Aitch Liddell). It's called Blue Island Divers and can be found at www.blueislanddivers.com. They do quite a lot of wreck diving, and tend to avoid the usual tourist sites.

Haven't been myself worse luck, but close friends went end of last year and dived with Blue Island Divers and thought they were excellent. They had quite a few email chats before they went and they were very accommodating and really went out of their way to give them what they wanted. From what I have heard of these two chaps they would be very good organisers anyway!
