If there is sufficient interest I will book and confirm some exploratory seal dives between the period:
SATURDAY 26th NOVEMBER - THURSDAY 1st DEC
These dives will be aimed at a mixture of new seal sites that are very rarely dived and established sites where the aim will be very close interaction.
If there is any seal or bird activity (e.g gannets) off the islands there may also be the opportunity to dive open water (i.e blue water) type dives.
A briefing on how to get closer to the grey seals will be available on all dives.
Cost per person will be kept to the minimum and all monies will be paid directly to the skipper of the hard boat. Estimated cost per person will be ?25.
If you or your clubs are interested then places will be on a first come first served basis.
The diving will of course be weather dependant BUT this is one of the best periods for the seals and a great number of divers have already packed their kit for the winter! or headed to the delights of inland sites.
