Wedding

We are currently planning our wedding for 2007(June) and want to get married underwater, abroad.We are looking at companies on the internet at present and although there are a few options out there-we would welcome any recommendations from fellow divers, who have either done this themselves or know of someone who has!
We are fairly open on the destination-as long as it's a pleasant one-as we will be honeymooning there as well!!!
Any advice would be gratefully received!!!!

Try kelly's on the Bay, Key Largo, Florida. Great holiday destination Great Diving and I believe thay have arranged weddings or have local contacts that can.

Hi Jo

If you want something more imaginative than Florida, you could try Genesis Divers at Alona Beach, Panglao Island of Bohol in The Philippines. The co-owners of the centre there, Gina & Giso, were married underwater themselves there a few years back. It is a very friendly and lovely location. Ask G&G what they can do for you. The priest who conducted the service got Gina to point to a u/w blackboard at the crucial moment (vows) - it apparently only had one word on it - "YES" (no option for "NO" !!)
