Changing Lens in my Tusa Liberator Plus

I ordered the Tusa Liberator 3 years ago with some 7.5 lens in them. I recently got lasiks and now don't need the lens. I have popped off the nose piece retainer clip, and then the top sliding piece came off nice and easy. But the plastic pieces won't come off the front of the lens. Anyone have any ideas?

My local dive shop has TERRIBLE hours and I think this is quite simple. But maybe I need to head down there.

I just use a very small screwdriver to pop them out, they will come but there does seem to be a bit of a nack to it.
