Hi all,

Can anyone offer advice regards Cuba vs Mexico vs Dom Rep as diving destinations for a novice diver.
As I am married with two young children I also need to find location suitable for the family.
For one reason and another I am tied to the above 3 destinations.
Thanks in advance for any input.

we stayed in cuba last year at the cayo guillermo hotel on the northern peninsula, landing at cayo coco. Diving there is ideal for the novice, hardly any currents and very relaxing, butnot the most interesting in the world.Cuban people are very friendly and they adore children.Dont go cheap, go all inclusive if you can, it works out much cheaper in the end. Have a lovely holiday. Sue McNally

Thanks for that Sue, Cuba was actually my choice but have been over-ruled by my wife, so its the Dominican republic.
Kids club etc, only fair I suppose, She will have kids while I go diving.
thanks again.
