We are due to travel to El Gouna,Egypt on 5th Aug, 0915 Gatwick to Hurghada, (to 19th Aug 1730) we are staying at the 5 star Movenpick, but no longer wish to travel as we have young children, the youngest is 1 yr and we were going to leave them in the creche in the town while we went diving, we are no longer happy to do this and the travel company will not relocate us.
We have a Family room B&B, one king bed, 2 single, 4 flights - 2 adult and 2 children, but these could be upgraded to adults, and the names changed for only ?35 each. El Gouna offers over 50 dive sites nearby and the movenpick has 5 swimming pools, air con,gym, health spa, kite surfing and surfing
If we can get something back for our holiday, we can then book another diving trip, we were so looking forward to our holiday and are very disappointed.
Any sensible offers considered
