It's many years since I was there but you could try;

a) Alan Browns Diveshop on the Newtownards rd, Belfast (if he's still there).

b) I believe tommy cecil has died but you may find his son operating on rathlin island (2x wrecks, the Drake & Glengarry if my memory is correct!)
