S57 Torpedo Boat Wreck

I am off to Korcula in Croatia at the end of June and would like to dive the S-57 Torpedo Boat Wreck in the Peljesac Straights. Who is the best dive centre to dive it with?
When I contacted Dupin Dive they hadn't got the necessary permission to dive the wreck. Any ideas?

As it happens (as Jimmy Saville use to say), I`m off to Vela Luka, in Korcula next week. I`m staying with Croatia Divers. I`ll let you know what the score is. I did read somewhere that foreign owners of dive centres were not permitted to have access to some wreck sites.
