Thanks, Jennie.

Very pleasing to hear that the Yorkshire team is maintaining its very high standards (well they were 10 years ago!).

No need to cross your fingers or even worry about the course, go with an open mind to training and get as much information from the instructors and others as you can.

Its a course not an exam - dont worry and enjoy it.

Yup. The BSAC IFC is in my opinion one of the best things about BSAC :)

I did mine in Jan 2005 and I thought it was superb. I was shattered by the time I drove home on Sunday night, but I didn't care as I was on a high.

There was a great atmosphere in the main room at the end and massive sense of achievment by everyone.

I have been doing pool work and assisting in open water for the best part of three years now and its brilliant to see your first trainee go on their first dive trip and come up with a smile on their face.

I'm aiming to finish my Dive Leader by the end of the year so I can do my Tie and Pie in 2008 :)

Also I did mine with London Region and they were great :)
